I arrived here on March 1st 2013 from Nigeria for a comprehensive medical check-up on the invitation of Med Access. Before then I have been unwell for quite some time and no definite diagnosis was made in Nigeria.

Although no exact cause could be found about my major complains (extreme weakness and hot flushes), I am quite happy with consultants and experts were involved in the investigations. Very knowledgeable and experts were involved in the investigations. Their friendly disposition is highly commendable. They freely discuss the results of the medical tests which were also very timely. On the average the time to see a doctor is minimal.
The staff of Med Access especially my case manager is wonderful. They made us feel at home. He is to me is more of brother/son. He integrated my son very rapidly. In many situations he worked outside his official time (at times up to 9 pm) to ensure that we met appointments with the doctors. To Director, I will say she is extra ordinary. She not only ensured that I saw the best doctors available, but she also assures that we were comfortable.
The staffs of Bel Air hotel need commendation. They were prompt in providing our needs, including cooking utensils. The apartment is kept as clean as possible and they freely provided directions when needed.
The major challenges we had, was feeding. For the first time visitor to India this is difficult for somebody spending 2-3 days this may not be a problem, but for someone staying up to 1 week, it may be a problem. I guess there may be somewhere, where African food material could be available around. If this can be identified, many people not are in hustle to leave.
They have done our humanly best to identify the cause of my weakness. I would have been very much happier to tell them back home that “this & that” has been identified as the cause. All the same, I am happy with the results that I am going home with belief that “Doctors treat, but God cures”. Believing God, I will be very happy very soon.
