Three years ago, I came to India for my daughter’s treatment through med access. She had deformities in left leg. My relative gave me contact of Med Access. I contacted Med Access for my daughter’s case. I was very happy with the prompt response I got from them. Soon all the formalities were done and I was in India.
As I landed at airport, a car was already waiting for me at airport which was sent by Med Access. Car took me to hospital directly, where all the members of Med Access were waiting for me to receive. Med access welcomed me in the hospital. All the necessary arrangements had already been made. After finishing all the formalities for admission, immediately a doctor’s team came for the review. I was very happy with the progress. Doctors saw the case, write some tests and after seeing the reports, doctors scheduled the case for surgery.
Next day surgery was done; I couldn’t even imagine that everything will be done so fast. It’s because of the Med Access management and understanding with the hospitals and doctors. Within a week I went back home happily.
I came back again for the follow up next year. Now I was much assured that things would be in place for me. My appointment with doctor was already been taken. Doctor examines my daughter and said she is doing fine. Doctor asked us to come again for removal of the implant.
