Pre-treatment medical consultation

Before you actually arrive in India for treatment, your medical condition would be evaluated by a panel of specialists. Med Access India would schedule and co-ordinate the required medical consultation and organize teleconference or video conference, if necessary with you or your physician to seek clarifications on your treatment options.

Assistance in selection of right hospital / surgeon

Med Access India has alliance with best multi-super specialty hospitals, single super specialty hospitals and specialty clinics which are capable of delivering world class healthcare services. Though, all our alliance partners have international and national accreditations like JCI, NABH, ISO etc., and boast of state of the art infrastructure and highly qualified medical professionals, every hospital fares better than others on certain parameters in certain specialties. We will help you in selecting the right hospital in accordance with your medical condition and personal preferences. We will also assist you in finding the right specialist doctor with appropriate credentials and clinical experience to handle your case.

Airport pick up and drop / local travel arrangements

Our representative will receive you at the airport and our case manager will help you complete the check in formalities at your chosen hotel/ service apartment. We shall also make local travel arrangements for you and your companions from hotel/service apartment to hospital and for local sightseeing.

Personalised assistance

Med Access India will assign one case manager exclusively for you as soon as you confirm your travel program to India. The case manager co ordinates all activities and liaise with different agencies to take care of all your needs as per the planned trip’s schedule. The case manager would be one point contact for you to meet all your personal requirements and would act as a trust worthy and affable guide to make your interaction with unfamiliar people/ situations a rather smooth affair.

Visa and foreign Exchange assistance

We will assist you in obtaining Indian medical (M) Visa for you and Medical Ascendant (MX) visa for your companions before you arrive in India. We will also facilitate extension of your Visa, if required during your stay in India. Interpreters / Translators Services

English is very widely spoken in India and you will not face any difficulty in communicating with doctors/surgeons and other staff of your hospital. However, if you come from a non-English speaking country or feel a bit uncomfortable with Indian accent, we will arrange suitable interpreter/translator for your preferred language.

Care for Patients with special needs

We organize specialist support equipment and services for our guest patients who are either physically challenged or temporary immobile or have any other movement restrictions and need special care. We also arrange the services of a personal nursing assistant, nutritionist/dietician or physiotherapist to take care of your special needs.

Follow up care

We understand the concern of patients with regard to post-surgery follow up care, and thus we maintain active association even when you go back to your home country. We facilitate two way communications between you or your physician (if you wish) and the Indian Hospital to ensure that you get the follow up guidance and care that you deserve.
